We come together for the official Kick-Off of the ERUTAN project. The whole consortium including our subcontractors and the Project Officer in Brussels was invited. The day has been used to get everybody around a table to exchange the aim of the project, managing aspects such as deliverable, reporting etc.

ERUTAN is present at the Domotex Asia in Shanghai this year. Yvar had interesting discussions with different parties all over the world about our innovative carpet. We hope that ERUTAN will reach a good market penetration in the future!

Due to the nomination, DCGV published a short description of the ERUTAN-project (written in Dutch language) published today via www.innovaward.nl.

Wow, we just received a letter that ERUTAN has been nominated for the InnovAward (http://www.innovaward.nl/). There will be press activities the next days... Let´s keep our eyes open!

The ERUTAN-carpet has been demonstrated during the leading Trade Fair for Floor Coverings DOMOTEX 2013 in Hannover (Germany) on the stand of our project leader Best Wool Carpets B.V.

ERUTAN just applied for the InnovAward! This award is an initiative of DCGV and the Province of Limburg (The Netherlands). Together they nominate the ten most innovative products arising from the B2B networking sessions during the Floriade 2012. The contribution equals to 30.000 € each and is provided by the Development Company Greenport Venlo (DCGV). The cases must have or will set up a demonstrable economic spin-off within the region North-Limburg. Proposals must be submitted until 31st of December the latest. 

​The Dutch newspaper “De Limburger” published an article about ERUTAN and its cooperation with IM-Aces.

The first ever "Eco-innovators Day" took place in Brussels on 8th and 9th of November. The conference gathered more than 200 contractors of Eco-innovation projects and European Commission representatives to exchange knowledge and best practices. This event was also the opportunity to present the first Eco-innovation initiative's results since its launch back in 2008.
A special matchmaking exercise gave participants the opportunity to meet other participants specially profiled to generate potential business partnerships. More than 70 manufacturers, marketing experts, sales representatives, and multipliers from across Europe took advantage of this networking session. ERUTAN appreciated to be one of the projects presenting and ‘warming’ up the discussion with some input from our project.

As already in 2011, the Technasium Den Hulster, a local school, visits ERUTAN for a discussion about the developments. The pupils are invited to think of more innovative ideas now. We are looking forward to hear and see their results!
